Dr. Leonard Coldwell’s Theory- Realize your Goals through Self Motivation

Ever heard of a term called self-sabotage? If not then, now is the time to learn a few fundamentals about the working of your inner self. Before, one gives the liberty to others to judge them, people invariably from a self opinion. This self-image could be both positive and negative depending upon how you asses yourself. And in it lies the seed of your success! Just as revered Dr. Leonard Coldwell indicates, a positive self-image aligns your goals and set you intrinsically on a path of achievement and success whereas a negative and derogatory image will fill your mind and your system with feelings of self-doubt that would surely hinder your progress.

Often the birth of every goal takes place in the form of an idea in the mind. And then if your system finds it conducive for you, you embrace it as your dream and start to work towards it. In the process, the idea is honed into a definite goal. While all these processes take place internally, the person also starts to make self-images so as to asses himself worthy of the task or not. Here is the most important catch; if the person feels he is made for the job, he will most definitely be met with success but if for some reason, the person feels fear about the completion of the task then, he is very well sabotaging himself even before the work commences. This theory has been explained to the core by Dr. Leonard in his works spanning for over 30 years.

In his celebratory work, Dr. Coldwell also expands on how a person needs to develop a healthy self-image if he wants to achieve something in his life. It is about going after what you want to make it happen for you. Once, a person conditions himself about his successes at a neurological level, no feat is big for him. His mind itself will become his true ally and guide him through the process of achievement. This is an accepted and proven fact and not just motivational talk. With this knowledge, a person can make the most of his goals in a very short frame of time.
